DTF gang sheet builder: fit more designs on your film

Halftone 42 gang sheet: 32 designs on a 58 cm roll, using 67 per cent of the DTF film

1 · Roll width21, 29, 32, 55.9 or 58 cm – or your own width.
2 · Add designsDrag images and PDFs onto the sheet, then set each design’s width and quantity.
3 · Arrange“Space optimised” nests by shape; “Cutting optimised” creates rows for straight cuts.
4 · ExportPNG or PDF at 300 DPI, full width or just the design area.

How much DTF film nesting saves

Nesting searches for an even tighter layout within your chosen processing time – 10 seconds to 3 minutes. Round, triangular and narrow designs fit into each other’s gaps. Set the spacing between designs and the sheet margin in millimetres; “Centred on sheet” distributes the unused margin equally on both sides.

Good to know

Empty margins around a design are trimmed when you add it.
Images without a print resolution are treated as 300 DPI. Designs that are too wide are resized to fit.
Rulers in cm show the sheet’s width and length.
The € button shows colour ink, white ink and DTF film for the whole sheet and each design.
