Try first, then buy
You can try Halftone 42 free of charge for 28 days with all features, without signing up. That way you can see before buying whether the program suits you.
Who sells
You buy the licence from Freemius (Freemius, Inc., USA), which sells it as authorised reseller (merchant of record). You pay Freemius; Freemius handles withdrawal and refunds according to its terms of sale.
Refund in case of defects
If a defect makes Halftone 42 unusable within the first 14 days after purchase and we cannot fix it, you get the full purchase price back. Just write to info@epicartandsound.com.
Statutory right of withdrawal for digital content
As a consumer in the EU you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content such as a licence key, it expires as soon as delivery begins if you have expressly agreed beforehand that delivery may begin before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) German Civil Code).
